Technical report to request closure certification for underground storage tanks, aboveground storage tanks, and fuel delivery system pipelines following completion of removal and remedial actions. Based on the remedial activities conducted at the Building 637 Area and as documented by soil and groundwater sampling results, the Trust concludes that cleanup levels and remedial goals have been met such that no further corrective actions or soil or groundwater monitoring are needed, and that the Building 637 Area meets unrestricted use, including residential.
